In collaboration with Race Forward and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, our firm conducted a review of worker-centered models that promote economic mobility for people of color.
We consulted relevant literature and conducted interviews with various stakeholders that were engaged in the development or use of these models. The end result identified stakeholders, leaders, and organizations in each model; created action learning opportunities to inform the analysis; and test best practice theories drawn from the review.
